Power corrupts and never has that been more apparent than in the following clip taken from the camera of the squad car of a redneck police officer who harasses a group of black guys he happens upon, taunting them and heaving upon them accusations of the unseemly nature tinged in racism. The old adage is true. A group of white kids walking down the street in prep clothes or even goth clothes, never attracts much attention, a group of black guys and the cops are either called, threatened to be called or already on the scene suspecting the group's intentions.
