Just to update you. I'm not dead just lazy. You know what they say...'laziness pays off now, hard work pays off later' and that's why I suppose so many people cut corners. I won't be one of them or I at least promise you that I'll try my hardest to not be one.

This is just in and new to me but apparently singer/actor/activist Saul Williams aka the guy singing the song on the Nike 'Sparq Training Videos'
is married to the television show Girlfriends star Persia White. Word's don't quite do the noteworthy nature of this moment of overachieving justice.
